Orange Global Support for Performance (GSP) is a new Shared Service Center entity created in April 2023, part of Orange Group. Since its creation, GSP has grown to over 800 professionals throughout Europe. Using high qualifications and the latest technologies, GSP aims to support innovation and operational excellence. About you

We will be excited to welcome a Dutch-speaking Recruiter in our team, focusing on the Belgian and Polish markets! In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying top talent across a wide range of positions, from Sales to Senior Technical roles. You'll play a key part in shaping our team by providing expert guidance and support throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both Hiring Managers and candidates. What you’ll be doing

  • Identify Top Talent: Utilize diverse channels to source and engage potential candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
  • Collaborate for Success: Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs, providing expert guidance throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Elevate Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates have a positive experience, from initial contact to seamless onboarding.


What you need to know/have

  • To excel in this role, you should have Proven Recruitment Expertise: end-to-end recruitment experience in an international setting.
  • Market Knowledge: understanding of labor markets in Belgium and Poland, including recruitment methods and tools.
  • Speak fluent Dutch and Polish, as well as English.
