Job description

Integrity National Corporation is seeking a bilingual HR Generalist with a strong focus on union labor relations and employee experience initiatives. This remote role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who excels in fostering positive labor relations and creating engaging employee programs, all while ensuring labor compliance and efficient HR operations.

Position: HR Generalist Location: Remote (15% travel required) Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience and credentials Language Requirement: Spanish required (fluent bilingual)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Union Labor Relations (Priority): Act as the primary liaison with union representatives, handling grievances, supporting labor negotiations, and ensuring adherence to collective bargaining agreements. Foster strong, collaborative relationships with union stakeholders.
  • Employee Experience Initiatives (Priority): Lead and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Develop programs that promote a positive workplace culture and support employee well-being.
  • Labor Compliance: Oversee and enforce compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local labor laws, ensuring that HR practices align with legal standards and union agreements.
  • HR Clerical and Operational Support: Manage essential HR administrative tasks, including record-keeping and documentation, to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Project Participation: Lead or support HR projects, from policy development to diversity and inclusion initiatives, that align with organizational goals and employee needs.
  • Data Management & Analysis: Utilize medium-advanced Excel skills for data tracking, reporting, and analysis, supporting data-driven decision-making across HR functions.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring open communication and a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR generalist roles, with demonstrated expertise in union labor relations and employee experience programs.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Medium-advanced skills in Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret HR data effectively.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM_SCP certification required.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, capable of managing diverse HR functions and projects.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
