Requirements

  • Proven previous experience as a CTO or a Technology Lead in a fintech industry for minimum of 3 years
  • Strong knowledge of IT, software development, and emerging technologies in the payment domain
  • Ability to define and execute a long-term technology strategy
  • Experience in leading and motivating a tech team
  • Commitment to developing customer-centric technology solutions
