Location:Remote (Must be licensed in Massachusetts)

We are seeking a passionate and skilledRemote Teacher with ESL Certification(or anESL Teacher) to join our team and make a positive impact on students academic success.

Responsibilities

  • Assess Student Language Proficiency
  • Support Language Development Across the Curriculum
  • Individualized and Small Group Instruction
  • Collaborate with Other Educators and Staff
  • Support Students' Social and Emotional Growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (required).
  • TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (required).
  • Proven experience teaching ESL online or in-person (minimum 1 year preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in English (native or near-native level).
  • Comfortable with virtual teaching tools such as Zoom, or other learning management systems (LMS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching diverse learners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in ESL teaching.
  • Familiarity with adaptive technologies and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Knowledge of and sensitivity to the cultural and linguistic diversity of students.
