Responsibilities
- Supports the promotion and sales a portfolio of products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new customers
- Informs customers of new product/service introductions and prices
- Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline
- Has structured direct contact with clients and limited authority for negotiation
- Has general knowledge of assigned products and services
- Develops competence by performing structured work assignments
- Continues to build knowledge of business, financials, products/services, the market or account needs
- Works with moderately complex territory/assigned accounts, products/services, sales or account management processes
- Has direct contact with clients and moderate authority/opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms
- Is beginning to plan own territory or account approach and monitor resources
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales in the same or similar niche (pumps, compressors, agitators, fans, rotating and static equipment, boilers, turbines and the like);
- Understanding of technical drawings;
- Understanding of industrial mechanics;
- Prospecting and loyalty-building skills;
- Technical differential in mechanics, mechatronics or related areas;
- Completed university degree preferably in mechanics, mechatronics or related areas;
- Category B driving license;
- Willingness to travel.
