Qu is looking for a dynamic Contract Specialist to join our team. Qu Contract Specialists are responsible for securing franchisee and store level sales agreements. They work closely with Customer Success Managers to draft and secure statements of work, upsell opportunities, and renewals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and building strong customer relationships. They will be a skilled communicator and organized, all while providing great customer experience.

At Qu You Will

  • Secure store-level sales agreements with corporate and franchise partners during customer rollouts.
  • Work alongside an internal project manager to ensure customer rollout timelines are achieved.
  • Manage multiple onboarding projects that span a diverse range of customers concurrently.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with franchisee and store level customer stakeholders ensure they are leveraging Qu’s solutions to achieve desired partner outcomes, with a focus on driving growth through net new store orders and renewal agreements.
  • Update customer run books for each assigned account.
  • Maintain records and engagements in a Salesforce Database.
  • Meet or exceed turnaround KPIs for store level agreement delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a customer facing analytical role such as Account Management, Customer Success Management, Project Management, or a similar role.
  • Experience working in a growth phase SaaS company.
  • Experience working in the Hospitality Technology industry.
  • Experience using Salesforce, DocuSign, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and Smartsheet’s.
