We are seeking a Head of Teaching for our LATAM project who will manage processes related to learning experience of our students.

What you will do

As the Head of Teaching, you will play a key role in shaping our teaching vision and driving excellence across all teaching functions for the LatAm and Brazil markets. Collaborating with the Content and Student Experience teams, you will lead a global teaching team, ensuring that our students receive a high-quality, engaging, and impactful learning experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Teaching Strategy and Innovation: Develop and execute a forward-looking teaching roadmap aligned with TripleTen’s vision, ensuring high-quality educational delivery and innovative learning practices tailored to the LatAm market.
  • Enhance Teaching Excellence: Introduce cutting-edge pedagogical methodologies to elevate teaching standards, ensuring students have an engaging, challenging, and accessible learning experience in IT professions.
  • Optimize Team Performance: Lead a diverse and growing team of teaching professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growth. Implement motivational strategies and refine cross-team communication to support a rapidly scaling teaching operation.
  • Manage Resources Effectively: Oversee budgets and operational resources, ensuring efficient allocation to meet strategic goals without compromising on quality.
  • Leverage Data for Improvement: Establish and track metrics to measure teaching outcomes and team performance. Use data insights to drive decision-making, iterate on processes, and deliver measurable improvements in student results.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with Content and Student Experience teams to ensure alignment in delivering an exceptional educational journey for students. Foster a collaborative environment that unites all stakeholders in achieving shared goals.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor trends in EdTech, teaching methodologies, and learning sciences to keep TripleTen at the forefront of educational innovation.

Requirements

Professional Expertise:

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in education, EdTech, or a related field, with a strong track record of scaling teaching teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and improve teaching methodologies, driving measurable improvements in student outcomes.
  • Proven experience managing large, diverse teams and operations in high-growth environments.

Key Skills

  • Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving and planning.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with experience using data to inform decisions and improve processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and uniting a multicultural team.
  • Proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance teaching and streamline operations.

Language Proficiency

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required.
  • Spanish or Portuguese language skills are highly valued.
