Your Role
Offered as a 10-month fixed-term contract, as the Head of Quality, Governance and Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in the ongoing implementation of our governance frameworks and enhancing our operational effectiveness.
You will lead a dedicated team that is committed to ensuring the safety and quality of care delivered to our clients through effective governance processes the management of internal audits Your expertise will drive strategic initiatives, facilitate continuous improvement, and influence organisational planning.
Your leadership will guide the implementation of our Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements while fostering a culture where quality is everyone’s responsibility. You will also oversee the management of external complaints, ensuring our responses are timely and effective.

- Bachelor's degree in Risk, Quality, Audit, and significant experience at a senior leadership level.
- Proven track record of influencing organisational strategy and driving operational outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop data-driven business solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and build capability.

Salary And Benefits
This role offers a 10-month fixed-term contract with the option for full-time or four days a week. Enjoy the flexibility of a 100% work-from-home position, allowing you to work from anywhere on the East Coast of Australia. Additionally, we provide tax benefits through salary packaging options available to NFP staff, along with strong supportive leadership and the opportunity to be part of an established governance team.
