Location: Ideally you are based in any major music or film hub city such as

NYC, Los Angeles, Toronto, Sao PaLondon, Vancouver, Atalanta, Lagos, or Nashville

Hours: Estimated 10-15 hours/week, your drive = your reward

Languages: English helpful

Type: Contract commission based. Standard 10%

•Strong network in your city in the music, TV, film, or video game industry

•Impressive creative problem solver - HIGHLY resourceful, always solution-oriented: you don't see problems, you see puzzles to solve, learn from, and document into systems and templates moving forward.

• You can be warm and friendly when needed and also blunt and direct, straight to the point.

•You have strong English speaking and writing skills, and are a true hustler.

Job Title: Sync Agent, [contracted by] Areia Creative

Objective: secure placements for Areia Creative artists in TV Shows, Films, Video Games, or other avenues that provide exposure and monetary payment.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify Sync opportunities for Areia Creative artists in TV shows, films, video games, and other media platforms
• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals in the music, TV, film, and video game sectors to secure placements
• Negotiate and close licensing deals that provide exposure and financial compensation for the artists
• Represent the artists professionally in all communications and engagements, ensuring a positive reputation for the brand
• Collaborate with the Operations Coordinator and Founder’s Assistant to access required files, music assets, and other resources
• Document and systematize successful strategies and processes for future opportunities
• Maintain communication providing updates on progress and opportunities
• Stay informed on industry trends and leverage emerging opportunities for Sync placements
• Attend network events in your city (if needed) to make ore contacts and talk about our artists

Qualifications:

• Proven history of successfully placing artists' song in Sync opportunities
• Well-connected in creative fields in your city
• Positive communicator who will represent our artist[s] well
