  • Customer Engagement: 💡 Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their challenges and providing innovative solutions.
  • Collaboration: 🔗 Work closely with product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and influence product development based on market needs.
  • Proposal Development: 📝 Create detailed technical proposals, including architecture diagrams, workflows, and implementation plans, tailored to customer needs.
