Job Description

Your Role:

As a Business Developer, reporting to the Senior Account Manager, your initial responsibility will be to manage client requirements for talents by ensuring the seamless matching with offers from our partners’ community. Over time, your role will expand to include identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new strategic customer accounts, driving growth and opening new opportunities. All this while leveraging and improving state-of-the-art automation and AI processes.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Customer Account Growth and Community Animation
  • Build and maintain a community of external partners (freelancers, consulting firms, recruitment firms, staffing agencies, etc.) to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure alignment between customer requirements and provider proposals.
  • Foster strong business relationships with partners and customers.
  • Oversee all projects within your scope.
  • Manage the financial aspects of your profit centre.
  • Business Development
  • Identify and target new customer accounts.
  • Develop and manage your customer portfolio through outreach channels (email, phone, social networks) thanks to lead generation tools.
  • Present our solutions to various targets and ensure adoption.
  • Collaborate with the growth team to identify potential cross-selling opportunities within your portfolio.


About You:


  • 0 to 3 years work experience (open to freshers).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Strong interest in working in the IT/new technologies domain.
  • Desire to thrive in a start-up environment.
  • Enthusiasm for B2B prospection and business development.
  • Excellent English communication skills and soft skills.
  • Intrapreneurial mindset is a must.
  • Smart, energetic, and ready to work hard in a hyper-growth environment.
