We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead our financial operations, ensuring strategic financial management and operational efficiency as we scale our services and technology offerings. Role Overview

The Finance Manager will oversee all financial aspects of the organisation, driving financial planning, risk management, compliance, and reporting. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure financial sustainability and provide strategic insights that contribute to long-term growth.


Key Responsibilities


Financial Management

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of financial policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk effectively to ensure operational stability.


Financial Reporting

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
  • Ensure compliance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and local regulations.
  • Present financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.


Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax filings and audits.
  • Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.
  • Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.


Strategic Planning and Analysis

  • Provide financial insights to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop financial models and analyses to evaluate business opportunities and investment decisions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend strategies to improve profitability.


Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the finance team (where applicable), fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.


Key Qualifications


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA qualification required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in dynamic, fast-growing organisations.


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial analysis, and risk management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Xero, Excel, or ERP systems).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
