Our Territory Manager manages the relationship with a defined list of large Edwards customers, identifies, develops and closes new sales opportunities within portfolio of the THV Business Unit.
Territory: South of Poland (travelling required!)

 

How you'll make an impact:

  • Serve as main point of contact within the THV business unit for assigned customer base
  • Build and manage strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, referrers, surgeons and other influencers in assigned region to push Edwards positioning in the market utilizing influencing skills on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy
  • Develop and close new business opportunities with existing customers and identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets while developing and executing short-term region plan to achieve region objectives
  • Strategic territory management - Data analysis, forecasting, competition, marketing campaigns
  • Other incidental duties
     

What you’ll need:

  • Proven progressive sales / business development experience
  • Medical devices industry experience required, cardiology preferred
  • Fluent Polish and English required
  • TAVI experience/knowledge preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiations skills, excellent relationship-building skills
  • Good knowledge of the strengths and limitations of own products and competitor products
  • Good understanding of hemodynamic monitoring and/or cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Strict attention to detail, proactive, dynamic, energetic person, team player
  • Good understanding of customer needs and ability to explain EW product features compared to competitor offerings
