Responsibilities:

Strategic Communication:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to promote the Foundation’s mission and programs.
  • Craft compelling narratives, press releases, newsletters, and social media content to enhance visibility.
  • Manage internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.


Digital Media Management:

  • Oversee the Foundation’s social media channels, website, and digital platforms to engage and inform stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute campaigns to increase online visibility and community engagement.
  • Monitor analytics and prepare reports on digital media performance.


Technology Integration:

  • Implement and manage technology solutions to support educational programs and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital tools for program delivery.
  • Collaborate with program teams to identify and deploy innovative tech solutions that enhance impact.


Media Relations:

  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets.
  • Organize press briefings, media tours, and events to promote the Foundation’s activities.
  • Handle crisis communication and manage the Foundation’s public image.


Content Creation and Storytelling:

  • Create and curate impactful content, including videos, photos, and written stories, that highlight the Foundation’s impact.
  • Collaborate with program teams to document success stories and case studies.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of materials.


Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistent branding across all communication materials and platforms.
  • Oversee the design and production of marketing collateral, including brochures, reports, and banners.


Team Collaboration and Capacity Building:

  • Train staff and stakeholders on communication and technology tools.
  • Work with program teams to align communication strategies with organizational goals.
  • Manage a team of communication and media professionals, contractors, or vendors as required.

  • Proficiency in technology tools, including LMS, CMS (e.g., WordPress), and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
