Job description

This is a remote position.

Client is  seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst (Expert) to support the implementation of a Workforce Management (WFM) solution. The role involves the full lifecycle of planning, testing, and documentation, ensuring seamless deployment in a phased approach. You will be responsible for developing and executing user stories, test plans, test cases, and defect reporting, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions for HR, payroll, and related processes.


Requirements
  • SaaS implementation experience and familiarity with integration platforms.
  • UKG Pro WFM experience is highly desirable.
  • Healthcare experience is preferred due to the complexity of the environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute test assessments for large enterprise systems.
  • General knowledge of HR information systems and operations.
  • Strong skills in writing executive-friendly reports and presenting to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work independently or in a team.
