Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights: 

Contract: Independent Contractor
Client Timezone: Los Angeles CA, USA

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
9am to 6pm Pacific time (12:00 AM - 9:00 AM Manila time) with an hour unpaid break

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media content strategies for multiple brands to drive engagement and enhance brand visibility on various platforms.
  • Create visually compelling and engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written copy, tailored to each brand's target audience and objectives.
  • Monitor and actively engage with customers across social media channels, responding to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and research relevant influencers and strategic partners to collaborate with, fostering mutually beneficial relationships to expand brand reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand messaging consistency and alignment with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices in social media marketing and design.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and campaign data to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Utilize social media management tools and analytics platforms to schedule content, track performance, and generate insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize strategy based on findings.
  • Experience with influencer outreach and partnership management.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Additionally: This role does not require a regular Virtual Assistant. However, proficiency in English is essential, and additional language skills are a plus to engage a broader audience.
