Shopify Developer - Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, e-commerce, UX, and Shopify Liquid (ZR_18545_JOB)

Role Name: Shopify Developer 

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5:30 PM US Eastern Time with 1.5 hours of unpaid break

As a Senior Web Developer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and driving conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies. We are looking for a seasoned professional who is not only proficient in web development but also possesses a deep understanding of e-commerce, particularly within the Shopify ecosystem.

1. Shopify Development:
   

   • Lead the development and enhancement of our Shopify-based e-commerce platform.
     

   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and functionalities that contribute to improved user experiences and increased conversion rates.
     

2. Conversion Rate Optimization:
   

   • Utilize your expertise to analyze website analytics and user behavior, identifying opportunities for enhancing conversion rates.
     

   • Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize landing pages, product pages, and other key elements of the website.
     

3. User Experience (UX) Enhancement:
   

   • Work closely with the design team to implement user-friendly interfaces that align with industry best practices and trends.
     

   • Collaborate on wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to ensure seamless user journeys.
     

4. Performance Monitoring:
   

   • Implement tools and analytics to monitor website performance and conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement.
     

   • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.
     

5. Collaboration and Communication:
   

   • Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align development efforts with overall business goals.
     

   • Clearly communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
     

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must have proven experience with B2B customization within Shopify Plus
  

• Demonstrated success in improving website conversion rates through A/B testing and other CRO strategies.
  

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development technologies.
  

• Strong understanding of e-commerce, online user behavior, and UX best practices.
  

• Familiarity with Shopify Liquid templating language is a plus.
  

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and web performance optimization.
  

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
