Working hours 


Thursday and Friday 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM Pacific; Saturday and Sunday 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Pacific; Off Monday-Wednesday

This position is a remote, USA position. 

 


Who you are


Proactive and independent technical expert who maintains administrative competencies of all NOC tools and products. You are a skilled communicator on all levels and dedicated to providing top-notch customer service. Your meticulous attention to detail is shown through your timekeeping, documentation, and execution of the technical work.

 

You know how to: 

  • Provide excellent client support through telephone and email, returning both client and internal calls, emails, and inquiries with urgency
  • Perform root cause analysis to completion and resolution
  • Monitor network performance and integrity
  • Perform automation and scripting
  • Maintain comprehensive notes in ConnectWise and update cases as needed until resolved
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and billable/utilization hours 
  • Continually identify and propose new ideas for improving department effectiveness 
  • Onboard and offboard clients

 

Troubleshooting will require skills in some or all of the following technologies: 

 

  • Backup and disaster recovery
  • AV solutions
  • Spam solutions
  • Patching solutions
  • DNS
  • SSL-Certs
  • DRaaS
  • FWaaS
  • Windows Server
  • Office 365
  • Multisite/stretched datacenter environments 
  • MSP applications like ConnectWise, N-Able, and IT Glue desirable

 

Pay and Benefits

 

This is a full-time position located in the United States and performed remotely.  

 

Estimated Starting Salary/Wage Range: $22.00 - $23.00 hourly, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis (The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure [for existing employees] skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.  Note that the majority of individuals in the position will fall in the low to mid-level of this scale; the upper end of this pay scale is offered only in exceptional circumstances and/or for unusually qualified candidates.)
