About the Role

As our Platform Operations Specialist, you’ll be a core part of the team, reporting to the COO and overseeing the engine that powers Pixly’s influencer programs. From ensuring seamless campaign setups to providing data-backed insights, your role will be vital in driving Pixly’s operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

Platform Management

? Oversee and manage the Pixly Influencer Platform for smooth daily operations.

? Managing influencer and advertiser accounts.

? Configuring campaign offers.

? Creating and troubleshooting tracking links.


Reporting & Analytics

? Input marketing content videos into the platform.

? Track campaign performance.

? Generate precise tracking reports for the finance team.

? Produce client-facing performance reports and ensure accurate financial tracking.


Tools & Technology Management

? Integrate and manage tools like AppsFlyer and Adjust for campaign tracking.

? Research and implement new technologies to enhance team collaboration and streamline workflows.

? Collaborate with the fractional CTO to maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance the platform.

? Assist in designing, testing, and launching new product features and platform updates.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

? 2+ years of experience in digital ad operations, programmatic advertising, or a related field.

? 1+ year of experience working with TUNE (HasOffers) or similar tracking platforms.

? Proficiency in third-party tracking tools such as AppsFlyer or Adjust, as well as a solid understanding of tracking technologies like Google Analytics and pixel implementations.

? In-depth knowledge of influencer, affiliate, and performance marketing.

? Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and KPIs to make data-driven recommendations.

? Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets for data organization, analysis, and reporting.

? Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to document and streamline processes effectively.

? A proactive, problem-solving mindset with experience in fast-paced environments.

? Enthusiasm for working in a startup environment, where flexibility is key.
