Description

We are looking for a versatile Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team, driving sales growth, managing e-commerce platforms, and executing marketing initiatives across our service shop, dealership, and online parts store. This role blends technical expertise, customer engagement, and creative marketing to deliver results across multiple business channels.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about optimizing e-commerce platforms while creating impactful marketing campaigns to increase foot traffic, sales, and brand loyalty.


Marketing Coordination (70%)

  • Digital Marketing:
    • Plan and execute digital campaigns via email, social media, and paid advertisements to support sales goals.
    • Utilize SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings for parts, vehicles, and services.
    • Monitor analytics to refine marketing efforts based on traffic, engagement, and sales data.
  • Content Creation:
    • Develop and coordinate engaging content, including newsletters, social media posts, blogs, promotional materials, and videos.
    • Maintain consistency in messaging, branding, and tone across platforms.
  • Event Planning and Promotion:
    • Organize and promote dealership events such as trade show appearances, sales launches, and seasonal service promotions.
    • Coordinate & assist with local SEO efforts and Google My Business listings to drive foot traffic.
    • Coordinate and plan marketing expenses according to manufacturer co-op plans
  • Competitive and Market Research:
    • Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for differentiation.
    • Stay updated on industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
Sales Support (30%)
  • Product Management:
    • Manage and optimize e-commerce listings for vehicles and parts with accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory updates.
  • Platform Management:
    • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce) run smoothly.
    • Maintain an accurate and engaging online presence through timely updates and effective promotions.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries 
    • Capture customer experiences (e.g., truck purchases) for use in promotional content.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales and inventory teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with HR to help with recruiting ad campaigns.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools, social media platforms, and editing software (photo and video).
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Primarily office-based, with extended periods working on a computer.
  • Occasional travel for local trade shows, marketing events, or team meetings.
  • Flexibility to work from home.
Performance Metrics:
  • Increase in online sales for vehicles and parts.
  • Growth in email campaign effectiveness (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
  • Enhanced social media engagement and audience size.
Key Relationships:
  • Collaborates with Sales, Inventory, and IT teams to align strategies and goals.
  • Reports directly to the Sales Coordinator.
  • Works with marketing partners as needed.
