RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Manager will be responsible for both the day-to-day Agile ceremonies of the hardware team, as well as tightly manage the execution—from analysis, design, and planning to development, launch, monitoring and documentation—of a growing portfolio of Hardware programs and projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience getting things done in a large, distributed, fast-paced enterprise organization. Moreover, the ideal candidate will be practiced in objectively self-assessing performance, highlighting areas of success, and striving to improve areas that can be better.

Manage projects related to hardware including next-generation upgrades and enhancements.

Experience working with material management in a manufacturing /automobile environment is required.

Project Manager provides guidance and support to the field service team during installation and start-up.

Create and manage a line of balance for hardware and key equipment/tooling to support upcoming builds, tests and launches.

Some Inventory experience required as well

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, business or related field preferred.

4+ years professional experience as Scrum master or PO

Strong project management background, particularly in agile and scrum methodologies.

Previous experience managing hardware projects, specifically related to kiosks.

Ability to work with both technical and operational stakeholders.

Not strictly a technology role, but should have a solid understanding of hardware systems.
