Data Governance and Quality Specialist

We are currently looking for a Data Governance and Quality Specialist to join our team.

Location: Remote in Portugal.

Required skills:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, or similar areas;
• Min. 5 years of experience as a Data Governance/Data Quality Specialist;
• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM, etc.);
• Experience with data quality and governance tools;
• Experience in project management;
• Experience with agile methodologies;
• Knowledge of data protection regulations;
• Certifications (CDMP, DGCP, CIPM, etc.) are a plus;
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure or GCP (plus);
• Experience with Master Data Management (plus);
• Knowledge of programming languages (Python, SQL);
• Experience with AI and ML governance;
• Experience in Energy, Telecommunications, Finance, Health sectors (plus);
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
• Strong leadership skills;
• Experience mentoring teams;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
  
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
