About the role:

We are looking for a skilled UI Designer to craft visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for both our client's websites and their clients' projects. Your work will enhance user experiences while aligning with our brand's identity and design standards. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of design principles and the ability to balance creativity with functionality

What you’ll be doing:

• Create high-quality UI designs using Figma, incorporating contemporary US design trends to meet client and project expectations.
• Ensure designs reflect modern aesthetics, usability, and accessibility standards popular in the US market.
• Collaborate closely with the Design Lead to align designs with brand guidelines and overall project goals.
• Present design drafts for review and feedback, incorporating revisions as directed by the Design Lead.
• Support the Design Lead in delivering exceptional design solutions across various projects.
• Stay updated with the latest US design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure designs remain competitive and innovative.

Who are we looking for?

• 2-3 years of proven experience as a UI Designer or in a similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UI designs that reflect contemporary US design trends and standards.
• Proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• A meticulous approach to crafting designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with the Design Lead and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage feedback constructively and deliver high-quality revisions efficiently.
• Up-to-date knowledge of modern US design trends and practices.

Position:  UI Designer

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Global

Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm EST

Holidays: US Local Holidays

Salary: USD 1500 to USD 1800 per month
