About you…

  • Prior client-facing or consultant experience, technical or otherwise.
  • Technical background (Computer science degree or similar).
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies.
  • Microsoft DevOps experience.
  • C#/VB.net experience.
  • Document Understanding or Process Mining experience.
  • Experience with AI machine learning concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task to meet deadlines.
  • You have great time management and the ability to work autonomously using initiative.
  • You are self-motivated and competitive.
  • Prior experience in working with UiPath products

In this role, you will…

Have the opportunity to advance your career in RPA as part of a fast-growing intelligent automation and AI consultancy. Working out of the Healthcare/Professional Services delivery function in the US, you will meet clients and deliver RPA solutions across multiple projects. This will involve design, development, testing, and production delivery of robotic processes built within UiPath. You will be client-facing and have the opportunity to build successful relationships between TQA and its clients.

Here’s an outline of the responsibilities…

RPA Design and Development:

  • Designing efficient robotic RPA processes alongside Business Analysts (BAs).
  • Building quality robotic processes which are subject to code review by a Solution Architect. Following any code changes to keep in line with TQA development standards.
  • Testing robotic processes end to end and performing User Acceptance Testing alongside clients.

Process Analysis:

  • Work with business analysts to understand the process flows and assess automation feasibility.
  • Identify areas for optimization and suggest process improvements.
  • Testing, Deployment, Maintenance and Support
  • Deploy bots in production environments and monitor performance.
  • Conduct unit testing and integration testing to validate bots.
  • Provide post-production support and maintenance of deployed bots.
  • Identify process exceptions and ensure smooth execution of automated workflows.
  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Liaising and communicating with clients on a regular basis throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Building successful relationships with clients whilst working very closely with them.
