We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead to manage the team in our Berlin office. If you want to join the world of E-commerce, love employee development, and have great leadership skills, we can't wait to hear from you.
In the role, you will refer to our Head of Operations based in Copenhagen. The job will include travel to Copenhagen. Although you will manage the Berlin office on a daily basis, colleagues from other offices frequently work from Berlin.
You will coordinate and prioritise tasks across the team, both long-term and short-term. You will develop team competencies together with out Head of Operations, ensuring quality in the work delivered by the team. We are looking into expanding and growing the team and office, and we are therefore looking for someone who is motivated to do so, in close collaboration with the Copenhagen office. Additionally, you will work with all aspects of launching and operation successful webshops on behalf of our clients.
It is also a part of the job to assist with customer service, translations, as well as monitor social media on behalf of the webshops we work with. In other words, you will be able to manage all the tasks related to running several webshops over time.

We are looking for people with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers & colleagues. We expect that you have experience as a Team Lead or Coordinator in a relevant field such as e-commerce, customer service or similar is a plus.
Must have:
A deep understanding of customers' mindsets and first-hand knowledge of the culture in Germany.
Have relevant experience with leading a team, as a coordinator or a teamlead or similar
Native-level language skills, good command of written and spoken language.
To have an analytical mindset and be able to spot problems and come up with solutions
To have an interest in helping and developing your employees
You should also have:
Good computer skills and a willingness to learn new things
A team-player attitude

The overall responsibility for the team
Having monthly 1-1s & annual performance reviews
Make sure you have the right resources and competencies in the team
Be a part of solving the team's tasks
Guiding foreign clients when launching their webshop in Germany and supporting them in optimizing shop performance
The overall responsibility for the team and the quality of all team deliverables
