Where will my career begin?
We’re excited to offer an exciting opportunity to join our Tech Networks team as a Graduate Administrator based in Western Australia.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with one of our key customers, working onsite at least 3 days a week. You’ll gain hands-on experience managing handset stock and configuration, handling service queues, logging tickets, and providing exceptional support over the phone.
Role responsibilities may include:
· Manage and configure handset stock, ensuring accuracy and availability.
- Respond to customer queries by managing service queues effectively.
- Provide exceptional support by taking calls and resolving or escalating issues as needed.
- Log and monitor service tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
- Documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a motivated individual with:
- A keen interest in technology (networks) and a desire to grow within the field.
- A keen interest in IP Telephony
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic technical knowledge or a willingness to learn on the job.

Requirements
- Need to hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Will need to be on customer site 3 days a week
- Need to clear an Australian Police Clearance
- Availability: Full Time
