LPA is seeking a passionate Interior Designer to join our integrated team of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects and master planners in our workplace practice. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with team members across studios on projects that are both local and across California and Texas. Our clients are both public and private and represent nine different market segments so your career can take many different trajectories. Examples of projects we've completed in Austin include Casis Elementary School and General Marshall Middle School.

What you will do:
Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPA
You will assist Project Managers, Project Designers, and Design Coordinators in the execution of specific assignments
Prepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development and construction documents
Work on research for product and construction methods related to projects
Attend construction meetings and field visits to further understand detailing and coordination

Interior Designer Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture required
2-5 years of experience in all phases of interior architecture projects
Experience in Revit, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
