LPA is seeking a passionate Architecture Project Manager to join our integrated team of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects and master planners. Our San Antonio studio is continuing to grow, and you will be a central part of our development. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with team members across studios on projects that are both local and across Texas and California. Our clients are both public and private and represent nine different market segments allowing your career to take many different trajectories. Examples of projects completed by our San Antonio studio include Casis Elementary School, Lanier High School, and Pleasanton Elementary School.

What you will do:
You will be living and breathing the project from inception to completion
You will be responsible for meeting the project goals including integrated design and planning goals, budget, schedule, and project financial performance.
You will be the main client point of contact on your projects
Prepare schedules, budgets, and work plan documents during all phases of the project
Review contractual and financial construction administration documents
Review research for product and construction methods related to projects
Maintain excellent relationships with the clients, builders, governing authorities, stakeholders, and team members
Serve as the Architect of Record
Signing and stamping, as a licensed professional, all project related documentation which has been prepared under the supervision and direction of the Project Manager or Managing Director
Mentor your team members and help to train and upskill them

Project Manager Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
10+ years of experience in all phases of architectural projects
Architectural license in Texas
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel. Knowledge of Revit and Bluebeam preferred
Knowledge in management of project business: scope, fee, schedule, work plans, and budget

The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $145,000 and is eligible for annual bonus. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience and/or project complexity.
