WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our sales team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will focus on generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and engagement with potential customers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Generation: Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads to convert into sales opportunities.

  • Prospecting: Identifying and reaching out to potential customers via cold calls, emails, and social media platforms.

  • Sales Pitching: Delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

  • Follow-Up: Managing follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel and ensure consistent engagement.

  • Closing Deals: Negotiating terms and closing sales to achieve individual and team targets.

  • CRM Management: Keeping detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in our CRM system.

You will join a small, diverse, and close-knit team of Qogitians. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside industry experts with extensive experience in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proactive and results-driven mindset.

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.

  • Fluent in English and an additional European language such as Dutch, French.

  • Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months.

  • Based in Amsterdam.
