The Supply Chain Analytics Engineer is the most advanced technical role within the supply chain data management team, responsible for designing and implementing data analytics solutions that drive efficient operation and inform strategic decisions. This role combines data engineering and data science expertise to optimize supply chain processes and desired outcomes.
Essential Job Statements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes
Engineer and lead implementation of data models to ensure data integrity across the supply chain continuum, create data management best practices and policies to produce required reports, and minimize manual intervention.
Utilize industry best practices to develop internal data management practices to optimize data integrity and develop data models to optimize continuous improvement initiatives.
Design data management practices and author policies to ensure integrity in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data.
Train senior analysts on internal data management practices and policies.
Engineer report structures to maintain efficient supply chain operations and produce the information necessary to develop business cases for internal stakeholders.
Train senior analysts to prepare reports, identify data insights, and develop business cases and presentations.

Employment Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, data science, computer science, business, or related field (10 years of data management experience may serve in lieu of degree).
Preferred Education: Master’s degree in supply chain management, data science, computer science, business, or related field.
Licensing/ Certification
Licensure/Certification Required: N/A
Licensure/Certification Preferred: Certified resource Management Professional (CRMP), Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CSCP).
Minimum Qualifications
Years and Type of Required Experience; >10 years prior experience in data analysis or a related role. >5 years of experience managing health care supply chain data
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Expert knowledge of healthcare supply chain processes and enterprise resource management (ERP) data. Expert proficiency in data analysis and engineering tactics and technologies.
Expert analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of data and documentation with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to junior analysts and non-technical stakeholders.
