About the role

We are looking for Senior Manual Quality Assurance engineers to test our Voice AI products.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases for our Voice AI products.

• Perform detailed exploratory, functional, and regression testing to uncover potential issues before release.

• Work closely with developers and product managers to understand product requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.

• Identify, document, and manage defects effectively, ensuring clear communication and resolution within the team.

• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve product quality, usability, and testing efficiency.

• Continuously refine QA processes to adapt to agile development workflows.

Who you are:

• Extensive experience in manual QA testing, with a proven ability to ensure high-quality software products.

• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and QA methodologies.

• Excellent attention to detail and a knack for identifying edge cases and potential issues.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Strong documentation skills for test cases, results, and defect tracking.

• Familiarity with AI or SaaS products is a plus but not required.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.

• Hands-on experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.

• Basic knowledge of databases (RDBMS or NoSQL) for data validation.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile development practices is advantageous.
