As a senior manager leads the team of managers, supervisors and individual contributors to design, build, configure and manage SAP EWM and BY WMS technology platform and functional / business solutions to manage / deliver digital transformation programs to modernize WMS Business processes and platforms. Establishes methods based on proven research for the Functional Engineering team. The people manager will be responsible for SAP EWM and BY WMS to lead the team to participate in the Blueprint phase of the project for the WMS and Deliver business functions including business analysis, solutions, design, configuration, ; and will also have responsibilities for WMS applications production support
Collaborates with multiple departments on internal strategies and supports organizational objectives and business goals. Manages initiatives, timelines, approvals, and plans. Directs activities for strategic initiatives and serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Acts as a domain expert on Functional Engineering technology management capability and scope definition, solution design, configuration, extension, and enablement through to final deliverables.
- Liaisons cross-functionally to help identify and build Functional Engineering products that comprehensively address specific customer business needs and requirements.
- Lead projects of various sizes with limited supervision through the software development lifecycle utilizing Agile methodologies and tools
- In depth knowledge of Warehouse Management System (SAP EWM) processes to implement various WMS modules like Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Pick, Pack and Ship etc.
- Manages other Managers, Supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to identify and build experience design products to solve key and unmet business needs. Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 to 12 years SAP Supply chain experience, specifically with WMS, SD and OTC is required
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management processes and best practices is required
- Expertise in the configuration and implementation of SAP EWM is required
- Experience in the integration with other echo systems is highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile Methodology for Implementation is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact and influence at all levels within company is required

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
