We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Person to join our team. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence within the assigned region. This role requires a deep understanding of the Generator, Battery storage and light tower markets, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Your Role

  • Grow and promote the sales of our Diesel Generator range, Energy Storage & light tower ranges in the UK Region.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share with the full portfolio of products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers. Resolve/facilitate customer complaints and associated product problems.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote products.
  • Provide sales support, making price offers and quotations to the sales operation and customers.
  • Liaise with all members of the sales team with regard to leads and enquiries to ensure the best chance of success and utilize all team members' strengths.
  • Assist the Power BDM in developing strategies and tactics.
  • Ensure that all work is undertaken following company procedures and as required with ISO9001:2008 and environmental management systems.
  • Use our company's CRM system to record activities.
  • You will report to the Power BDM and you will be remote with a dedicated territory.

To Succeed, You Will Need

  • Minimum 3-5 years Experience in selling Power Generation or associate products.
  • Good standard of knowledge in power generation applications.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Tolerant, determined, motivated and able to work in a tenacious and Agile work culture.
  • You are enthusiastic and passionate, but you still work systematically and are focusing on delivering quality and results.
  • Have a good level of PC knowledge including Microsoft 365 applications.
  • You are a collaborator and prosper when working in teams. You have your customers' perspective in focus and you know how to engage them in your ideas.
  • You are fluent in English, as this is our internal language.
  • Good standard of presentation skills.
  • Location: Lives North of the U.K
