Our Report Coordinators are highly motivated professionals with strong writing and communication skills.  The ideal candidate is comfortable working under strict deadlines and enjoys a fast-paced environment.


Below are the desired criteria.


Responsibilities:

  • Review video and document the activities
  • Prepare and edit documents
  • Prepare and review high quality investigative reports
  • Reviews files, records, and obtain additional information when appropriate
  • Review documents for spelling and grammatical errors
  • Create clear and concise written documentation
  • Address inconsistencies contained in the reports
  • Obtain clarification of facts or information written in the report
  • Review special instructions to make sure that the file was handled within specified parameters
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Research pertinent information via social media platforms, etc


Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements:

  • Proficient typist, minimum 45+ wpm
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent English and grammar skills, written and verbal
  • Must possess the ability to work efficiently and accurately
  • Excellent reading comprehension and writing skill.
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must be organized
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume production environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Must manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately
  • Must be willing to cross-train on inter-departmental tasks


Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to remain in a seated position for extended periods of time
  • Must have mental dexterity with ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, keyboards, and mouse


Training Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.  EST

Working Schedule (After Training is Complete): Saturday- Wednesday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST
