Delta is looking to fill a full-time Report Coordinator position within our Remote Surveillance Department.
Our Report Coordinators are highly motivated professionals with strong writing and communication skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable working under strict deadlines and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
Below are the desired criteria.
Responsibilities:
- Review video and document the activities
- Prepare and edit documents
- Prepare and review high quality investigative reports
- Reviews files, records, and obtain additional information when appropriate
- Review documents for spelling and grammatical errors
- Create clear and concise written documentation
- Address inconsistencies contained in the reports
- Obtain clarification of facts or information written in the report
- Review special instructions to make sure that the file was handled within specified parameters
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Research pertinent information via social media platforms, etc
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements:
- Proficient typist, minimum 45+ wpm
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent English and grammar skills, written and verbal
- Must possess the ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Excellent reading comprehension and writing skill.
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must be organized
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume production environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately
- Must be willing to cross-train on inter-departmental tasks
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain in a seated position for extended periods of time
- Must have mental dexterity with ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, keyboards, and mouse
Training Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST
Working Schedule (After Training is Complete): Saturday- Wednesday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST
