The SIS Sales Manager will build new pipeline value for the SIS growth team and provide critical bookings and revenue contributions to our 2025 business case.   Working closely with the Director for Sales, this position will develop and enable new sales opportunities – qualifying and converting – in support of our 2025 Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. The Sales Manager will collaborate with the marketing, pre-sales, business development, and alliance partner teams to build higher-volume, higher-quality sales funnel activity. 

With core experience in prospecting, relationship building, and solution selling, the Sales Manager will combine a pro-active, “hunter” sales mentality, with a thoughtful, persevering commitment to Closed/Won deals.   

Key performance metrics will include quarterly pipeline growth, 12-month pipeline value growth, conversion rate, and % quota attainment. 

Job Requirements:

Experience required:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a quota-bearing, sales support and/or sales manager role.  CV and experience should demonstrate successful, consultative-sales techniques with advanced technologies in security (be it network, cyber, or physical) technologies.  Experience in selling business applications, cost optimization technologies, and/or AI a strong plus.   Experience must include success in managing 40-50 active accounts, managing and executing a seven-figure pipeline, and the ability to find and generate “net new sales” in a white space sales territory. 

Special Requirements:

  • US Citizen, with desire to obtain and maintain a Secret government clearance. 
  • At least 5 years of documented success in quota attainment, high volume account (40+ accounts or more) management and client relationship.  supporting a partner-led sales model and working closely with leading technology distributors.
  • At least 5 years of customer success experience – from prospecting and nurturing to closing and retention/expansion. 
  • At least 5 years of business development and selling enablement – with experience in, integrated technology stack capabilities (hardware, software, and enabling professional services)
  • At least 5 years’ experience of enabling, supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, tactics, and sales plans.
  • Working knowledge of SAAS applications operating in a public cloud infrastructure including Google, AWS, Azure.
  • Domain expertise in either US Public Sector, Regulated Industries, or the SMB space.
  • Sustained, successful track record of  “white space” business development – from positioning to capture

Desired Requirements:

  • Start-up experience, especially with respect to positioning for, and capturing of, new logo’s in a “white space” sales territory
  • Experience in selling SAAS and/or on-prem technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to work with product and marketing teams to Work with SIS team to increase market share in assigned territory
  • Sustained track record of exceeding annual sales targets and driving new revenue
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with current and potential customers to comprehend and identify their strategic goals, aligning SIS products and services to capitalize on available opportunities
  • Demonstrated success in offering/leading sales presentations/demonstrations to match solutions with identified needs
  • Sustained track record of quarterly and monthly sales forecast accuracy by thoroughly understanding customers’ specific decision-making and purchasing processes
  • Sustained, successful experience in building advocacy among customers and across the sales account.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and high competency related to the use of common CRM suites, presentation software and document creation/management tools.

Travel Requirements

  • Domestic travel is required up to 1 time per month and up to 3 days per trip.  This is a fully remote position. Worksites are unanticipated. Work from home benefit available.

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States with a strong preference for Georgia. If you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:
EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $90K to $100K, with a variable commission per year in most US locations Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US.
