We are looking for motivated and passionate Self Starters and those who are ready to progress to the next level with an interest in Leadership, Personal Development and/or Coaching.

Tasks

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of running your business (flexible working hours based on either full or part-time commitment and you choose when and from where you work).
  • Generate leads via social media (We teach you how to do this.)
  • Conduct interviews with qualified candidates and manage the contact points (Training and scripts are provided)
  • Support and coach new business owners in order to be successful
  • Create placements on platforms such as Xing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, etc.
  • Participate in weekly training & development streams for up-skilling via Zoom
  • Regularly engage in our Personal Development materials - 'Be a product of the product'
  • Attend training calls for further Personal Growth


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of experience working in a professional capacity either in a corporate environment or self-employed
  • Familiar with basic functionalities of social media applications (e. g. Facebook, Xing, Linkedin)
  • Good communication skills
  • Passion for growth and development (lifelong learning mindset)
  • Motivated, solution-oriented, reliable and organized
  • Creative thinker with a can-do-attitude
