Java Tech Lead

Our partner is a product company developing software for vehicle leasing innovation. Known widely across the DACH region, they are currently expanding their operations into Bulgaria. Over the past 50+ years, they have grown into an industry leader, becoming an independent leasing and full-service provider.

What you'll do:

• Build scalable systems that drive digital transformation and set new standards for efficiency and performance.
• Hands-on work, developing high-performance microservices and full-stack solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO, Architects, and Product Senior Experts, pushing the boundaries of digitization and automation.

What you bring to the table:

• Proven experience with Java (Spring), comfortable with back-end development and front-end integration.
• Hands-on with AWS, and familiar with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, REST, RabbitMQ, Redis.
• Experience improving large, complex systems.
• Deep knowledge of scaling, performance optimization, and cloud infrastructure.
