Senior Application Delivery Manager (Analytics)

Rheinmetall 4iG Digital Services (R4) is a joint venture between Rheinmetall, a globally leading supplier of defense and automotive products, and 4iG, Hungary’s leading IT systems integrator. R4 has been founded end of 2022 with its headquarters in Budapest and the initial mission to provide project- and operations-related IT services to Rheinmetall’s local subsidiaries in Hungary and worldwide. Based on business requirements and opportunities, R4 plans to progressively expand the scope of its services for internal and external customers alike.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Take over technical project-, service- and demand-management activities including requirements planning, service management in the area of Analytics
• Take over day-to-day operations and the resource coordination of various analytics applications (e.g. SAP BW, BW/4AHANA, Deltamaster, Qlik Sense, Power BI)
• Quality and budget improvements in the area of the analytical applications responsible
• Support in the further development and harmonization of analytical applications to the SAP standard SAP BW / BI including development of transfer options towards SAP BW with SAP BW/4HANA & SAP Analytics Cloud
• Support of the harmonization projects towards the SAP frontend tool strategy
• Take responsibility to achieve demand/project targets in terms of quality, time and budget - taking service levels and risks into account.
• Management and control of external service providers

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or business administration or comparable education
• Knowledge of various frontend tools (SAP Analytics for Office, SAP SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Qlik Sense etc.)
• High degree of initiative and self-motivation to familiarize yourself with new topics
• Strong communication and presentation skills as well as good interpersonal skills in dealing with internal customers and external service partners
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow (service delivery management) desirable
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Independent, self-reliant and results-oriented work combined with active teamwork

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE

• Certifications in project and process management such as ITIL, PSPO1, Prince2 or IPMA
• Experience in SAP software development and development lifecycle management
• Experience in the execution of IT projects, as well, as in the management of external service providers is an advantage
