Job Description

We are seeking an ERP Implementation Specialist with expertise in gathering business requirements and facilitating the implementation of an ERP system based on the Odoo platform. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, creating detailed task plans in Jira, coordinating with developers, and managing the implementation timeline to ensure a seamless rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering:
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to identify and document business needs and ERP requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications suitable for Odoo development.
• Task Management:
• Utilize Jira to create, assign, and track tasks for the development team.
• Ensure all tasks are clearly defined with accurate requirements and deadlines.
• Team Coordination:
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team to ensure smooth communication and understanding.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the project status and milestones.
• Timeline Management:
• Develop and manage the implementation timeline, ensuring timely delivery of key project phases.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery.
• Testing and Validation:
• Oversee testing phases to ensure the ERP system meets business requirements.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and incorporate feedback into system refinements.
• Training and Support:
• Coordinate training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the ERP system.
• Provide ongoing support during the initial post-implementation phase.
• Experience:
• Minimum 3+ years in ERP implementation, preferably with Odoo.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering and task management using Jira.
• Fintech Experience
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and developers.
• Proficiency in Jira or similar task management tools.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Certification in Odoo ERP or project management (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner).
