Your challenge:

As a (Senior) Data Analyst, you will deep-dive into customer behaviors, provide recommendations, and enable your stakeholders to take action based on data. You will help to measure the impact of our new product features and create a culture of data-informed decision-making. You will work closely with other Analysts, Analytics Engineers, and business stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:

• Influence product decisions by providing actionable insights based on deep dives into customer behaviors

• Drive product experimentation by defining objectives, testing techniques, ensuring right tracking, analyzing the results, and providing clear recommendations

• Take an active role in data democratization at Taxfix by implementing metrics, building dashboards, and up-skilling your stakeholders

• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering to improve our data sources and self-serve solution

• Become an ambassador of data-driven decision-making
  
  

Your profile:

•  2+ years of experience translating data into insights in an online business

• Hands-on experience with product analytics, incl. A/B testing and tracking

• Excellent SQL skills

• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Looker, Mixpanel, Tableau)

• Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across all levels
