Your challenge:
As a (Senior) Data Analyst, you will deep-dive into customer behaviors, provide recommendations, and enable your stakeholders to take action based on data. You will help to measure the impact of our new product features and create a culture of data-informed decision-making. You will work closely with other Analysts, Analytics Engineers, and business stakeholders.
Your responsibilities:
Influence product decisions by providing actionable insights based on deep dives into customer behaviors
Drive product experimentation by defining objectives, testing techniques, ensuring right tracking, analyzing the results, and providing clear recommendations
Take an active role in data democratization at Taxfix by implementing metrics, building dashboards, and up-skilling your stakeholders
Collaborate with Analytics Engineering to improve our data sources and self-serve solution
Become an ambassador of data-driven decision-making
Your profile:
2+ years of experience translating data into insights in an online business
Hands-on experience with product analytics, incl. A/B testing and tracking
Excellent SQL skills
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Looker, Mixpanel, Tableau)
Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across all levels
