Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers in automation practices.
- Define QA best practices and ensure adherence across the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes into the development lifecycle.
- Automation Testing:
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, and TestNG.
- Automate functional, regression, and end-to-end testing scenarios.
- Continuously enhance automation scripts to improve coverage and reliability.
- Test Management:
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Oversee defect tracking, triaging, and resolution processes.
- Monitor and report on test progress and coverage metrics.
- Salesforce Testing:
- Collaborate with teams working on Salesforce projects to identify testing requirements.
- Ensure quality standards are met for Salesforce implementations (if applicable).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in software testing with at least 2 years in a lead role.
- Strong expertise in:
- Selenium WebDriver for automation testing.
- Programming with Java.
- Test framework development using TestNG.
- Solid understanding of software development and QA methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing or familiarity with Salesforce architecture.
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
- Certifications in Salesforce or testing frameworks.
