We are looking to fill a Sr CAD/CAFM Operations Analyst role.
Our Sr CAD/CAFM Operations Analysts leads a project team to deliver day-to-day operations of drawing clean-up that includes applying appropriate technical standards to drawings that optimizes drawing performance and sizing for drawing implementation, adding space measurement BOMA, FICM or client specific standards to ensure consistent data quality & reporting, as well as attaching the drawings into client systems. Our Sr CAD/CAFM Operations Analysts also consult on industry best practices. The team supports post-production drawing updates to align with as-built layouts, Mechanical, Engineering, & Plumbing drawings, and Health & Safety drawings.
Our Operations Analysts work collaboratively with cross-functional team members in the development and management of real estate and facility management solutions that we implement for key clients.
- Executes day to day CAD team functions at an advanced level by troubleshooting and resolution of AutoDesk & IWMS application related issues
- Support Client Account Project Management through status reports & necessary account meetings; weekly, performance & delivery, monthly
- Create, maintain, and communicate process & procedures documents to peers and account teams
- Contributes to operational initiatives and outcomes for the success of the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with AutoCAD in a professional services industry
- Advanced knowledge of AutoDesk tools; AutoCAD, BIM 360, ACC, REVIT for technology with proven design skills.
- Advanced knowledge of BOMA or FICM Standards
- Experience with commercial (office) architectural, engineering or construction drawings
- Knowledge of CAFM/IWMS technology (FM:Systems, TRIRIGA, Archibus, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel required.
- Ability to influence in a team environment
- Experience documenting and maintaining process and procedures documents
- Self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement
- High attention to detail and accuracy, and well organized
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to interact with all levels in the organization
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, committed to meeting deadlines, and able to course correct
- Comfortable with constantly evolving and changing priorities, enjoys new challenges & willing to learn
- Create geo-mapping in CAD files; these may need to be created, moved, or reorientated so that the polylines match the building locations
- Create wayfinding paths on floor plan
- Check that all polylines and layer standards are showing in drawing with potential CAD clean-up
- Upload CADs to ServiceNow and set “manage source” from “feet to inches”.
- Create or maintain Neighborhood Tagging for areas WF wants to dedicate
- Check all Architectural layers are showing in drawing with potential CAD clean-up
- Check Architecture elements all on same layer with potential CAD clean-up
- Check all Furniture layers are showing in drawing with potential CAD clean-up
- Check Furniture elements all on same layer with potential CAD clean-up
- Overall check that each plan seems to be consistent across portfolio standards
- Assist with researching and fixing Data Quality Issues, as needed
- Special projects as required
Estimated total compensation for this position:
80,000.00 – 95,000.00 USD per year
The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
