Job Description: L3 Network Engineer - Juniper SDWAN & Azure Integration

Location: India and UK

Duration: 2-3 months (Potential for extension based on project deliverables)

Experience Level: 8+ years in network engineering, with at least 3 years in Juniper SDWAN solutions and Azure cloud integration.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced L3 Network Engineer with deep expertise in Juniper SDWAN, SRX/vSRX firewalls, EX4xxx series switches, and AP32x access points. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in planning, designing, and implementing hybrid network solutions that integrate on-premises regional depots with Azure cloud environments.

This role involves evaluating and optimizing network infrastructure, preparing and presenting Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation, and deploying robust solutions for enterprise connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Design & Implementation

Plan, design, and implement hybrid network solutions across regional depots to Azure public cloud using Juniper SDWAN.
Configure and deploy Juniper SRX/vSRX firewalls, EX4xxx switches, and AP32x access points for LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi.
Develop and implement scalable solutions for LAN, WAN, SDWAN, Internet, and VPN services.

Documentation & Design Authority

Prepare and present Low-Level Design (LLD) documents to the Design Authority for review and approval.
Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for all network configurations and designs.

Network Evaluation & Optimization

Evaluate and recommend network solutions for LAN, WAN, Internet, Wi-Fi, and VPN services to meet business needs.
Conduct performance testing and troubleshooting for implemented solutions, ensuring reliability and scalability.

Cloud Networking

Configure Azure cloud network services, including virtual networks (vNet), VPN Gateway, and SDWAN integration.
Implement hybrid connectivity solutions between regional depots and Azure.

Collaboration & Support

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and operation of network solutions.
Provide expert-level troubleshooting and technical support for Juniper devices and Azure cloud networking.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards for network infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Networking Technologies: Expertise in Juniper SDWAN, SRX/vSRX, EX4xxx series switches, and AP32x access points.
Routing and Switching Protocols: Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and IPsec VPNs.
Azure Cloud: Proficiency in Azure cloud networking services, including vNet, VPN Gateway, and SDWAN integration.
Design and Documentation: Ability to create and present Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
Troubleshooting: Advanced troubleshooting skills for LAN, WAN, SDWAN, Wi-Fi, and cloud networks.
