Summary of Job Duties:
**This is a part-time position**
The Program Manager plays a key role in overseeing clinical programs and contracts for the Health and Legal System Lab while supporting UAMS’ T32 Translational Training in Addiction program. This role includes managing administrative and supervisory tasks, organizing training sessions and events, coordinating with community partners, onboarding trainees, and handling program logistics like purchasing and reimbursements. The incumbent may also assist in establishing new clinical programs and partnerships, as well as implementing trauma-focused therapies in diverse research settings. Strong organizational skills, timely delivery of program objectives, and the ability to build positive working relationships with professionals across various levels and organizations are essential for success in this position.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree plus four (4) years of project/program management experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 3 years experience as an LCSW, LPC.
Knowledge of relevant programs/systems including EPIC and Workday.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for all activities required to support externally-facing clinical programs/contracts for the Health and the Legal System Lab and UAMS’ T32 Translational Training in Addiction program.
Develops and manages clinical and research training and series, trainee onboarding and orientation, event planning, and support.
meeting scheduling; information exchange with stakeholders including training network faculty and community partners; and management of program-related purchasing and reimbursements. To this end, this position will also develop and monitor timelines for program goals, schedule/attend meetings with involved personnel, and assist with evaluating program success including developing a schedule for feedback/reporting.
Provide direct clinical care and/or supervise staff who are providing care within HEALS’ externally facing clinical programs.
Supervise quality-of-care issues, making sure staff are competent/skilled to perform their duties and service access goals are met.
Oversee personnel management for externally-facing clinical programs, including the hiring, training, and allocation of program staff.
Assists with facilitation of evidence-based therapies for PTSD at diverse sites as part of clinical research studies and logs efforts made in this capacity as research data.
Performs other duties as assigned.
