Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

Sr Director, Sales serves as a key member of the Mortgage Solutions Sales Leadership Team and will be responsible for the Marketing and Retention business unit. Developing and executing the sales strategy, as well as strategic initiatives that will achieve the organization’s revenue plans.  This role leads a team of solution sales employees selling to include but not limited to Chief Data Officers, Chief Strategy Officers, Chief Revenue Officers, Chief Growth Officers or the like for each.

  • Leads, develops and retains a world-class sales organization
  • Collaborates with Sales staff on account planning/strategy
  • Continuously monitoring the industry for emerging market trends to discover new business opportunities.
  • Develops and manages superior customer relationships        
  • Creates account retention and penetration strategies
  • Supports best-in-class culture, founded in a superior Client Experience
  • Monitors competitive activity and implements strategies to maintain account ownership and block competitor advancement; Develops a strategic and integrated sales strategy which enables the organization to more effectively grow revenues.
  • Defines mutual goals and objectives and builds awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of an alliance partnership
  • Evangelizes company products in conjunction with recruiting new clients Employs a consultative, solution selling approach to develop compelling business cases to differentiate and highlight the value of business unit’s broad portfolio.
  • Works closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations peers to develop and execute collaborative product and partnership sales strategies across all market channels.
  • Provides quarterly updates of the organization’s performance against objectives.
  • Develops and manages sales department budgets, targets and compensation plans.
  • Provides leadership to the team on overall sales strategy, cost optimization, and disciplined process management (pipeline review, asset management, demo sales achievement, etc).
  • Develops a high performance sales organization, including assessment and development of current incumbents, identification and development of key future leaders, and leveraging internally and externally available talent to create a highly talented, credible and results driven team. In concert with the Head of Sales and other executives, establish compensation plans for sales personnel including salary structures, commission plans, sales contests and bonus plans.
  • Develops and strengthens relationships with key partners and clients, regularly gathering voice of the customer data to drive enhancements to customer programs, identify new growth opportunities and continuously deliver on a win-win strategic relationship between each partner client and CoreLogic.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) plus 15 years of direct sales leadership experience. 
  • Experience in solution selling; strong influencing and negotiation skills; consultative and collaborative style 
  • Inspiring leadership that motivates the team and drives high engagement at all levels 
  • Evolutionary leadership style who is willing and open to growing and transforming with the company 
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships internally and externally to drive optimization of sales performance. 
  • Ability to navigate a highly matrixed environment to successful influence and execute decisions and goals 
  • Experienced leader who holds high accountability and integrity, while encouraging strong and consistent performance from the sales team 
  • Demonstrated background and proven results in business planning, understanding of client value chain and sales leadership.  Strong business and technical acumen. 
  • Proven track record of facilitating, negotiating and closing successful transactions for products and services in Real Estate. 
  • Experience in solution selling; strong influencing and negotiation skills; consultative and collaborative style; ability to develop and maintain effective relationships internally and externally at an enterprise level. 
  • Strong analytical skills; independent decision-making capabilities coupled with the ability to analyze situations and provide practical recommendations.  
  • Sound judgment coupled with the ability to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities. 
  • Demonstrated experience driving business strategies while balancing the need for tactical execution on a day-to-day basis; ability to effectively lead both direct and matrix resources.  
  • Effective results orientation with a demonstrated track record of success. 
  • Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines; ability to prioritize conflicting demands and organize time to deliver consistent results for the business. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effective listening skills; able to consolidate and succinctly translate and relay market/ client feedback; able to present and discuss complex concepts to executive audiences; deep competitive/market awareness 
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Please note range listed is the potential annual base salary range. This role also has uncapped commission component to the package (OTE)

Annual Pay Range:

180,000 - 225,000 USD
