Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking an expert Senior Identity and Security Engineer with extensive experience in Active Directory Services, LDAP, CrowdStrike, and Identity Threat Protection. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of identity and access management (IAM) systems and a proven track record in securing enterprise environments against identity-related threats.

Key Responsibilities:
· Active Directory Services:
o Manage and administer Active Directory environments, including user accounts, groups, and access permissions.
o Implement and manage Group Policies to enforce security and compliance requirements.
o Integrate Active Directory with other directory services and applications.
· LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol):
o Configure and manage LDAP directories to support authentication and authorization services.
o Ensure secure communication and data integrity within LDAP environments.
o Integrate LDAP with various applications and services for seamless identity management.
· CrowdStrike:
o Deploy and configure CrowdStrike agents across enterprise endpoints.
o Monitor and analyze threat data to detect and respond to security incidents.
o Integrate CrowdStrike with other security tools and platforms for comprehensive threat management.
· Identity Threat Protection:
o Implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) and other advanced security measures to protect against unauthorized access.
o Monitor for suspicious login activities and potential identity threats.
o Configure and manage identity protection policies to safeguard user identities and sensitive data.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in identity and access management (IAM) and security roles.
· Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with Active Directory Services, LDAP, CrowdStrike, and Identity Threat Protection.
· Strong understanding of IAM principles, best practices, and security frameworks.
· Proven ability to design, implement, and manage complex IAM and security solutions.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to security incidents effectively.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Certifications:
· Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
· Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
· CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Administrator (CCFA)
