Role : Talent Development Partner
Reports to : Country People & Culture Manager 
Location: Montreal, QC

By spotting great talent and guiding them through exciting programs and projects, you’ll play a key role in making sure everyone has the opportunity to shine.

Some of your responsibilities are (but not limited to) :

Talent Acquisition 

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs, create job descriptions, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. 
  • Source, screen, and engage with top talent across multiple platforms to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Manage and oversee the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration into the company. 
  • Coordinate necessary training, provide new hires with essential resources, and introduce them to the company culture.
  • Provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics, onboarding completion rates, and training participation. 
  • Manage candidate expectations and engage talent throughout the hiring process.

Learning & Development 

  • Oversee and maintain the LMS platform (FUSE), ensuring training materials, and programs are up-to-date. 
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions across various topics.
  • Ensure training programs are engaging, aligned with business needs, and effectively delivered to employees.
  • Work closely with HR colleagues, department heads, and managers to identify skills gaps, design targeted training programs, and ensure employees have the necessary tools to succeed in their roles.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training and development initiatives through surveys, assessments, and feedback. 

WHO YOU ARE 
We are looking for an individual with a positive and energetic attitude, who thrives in a role that requires you to work on and prioritize multiple tasks at the same time. We hire for mindset and train for skills, but it would be great, if you bring the following to the table:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or something similar.
  • 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition and learning & development, or similar role. 
  • You thrive on change, can handle uncertainty, and are excited to create learning solutions that keep evolving.
  • Excellent at building relationships and connecting with people at all levels, fluent in both French and English, as you’ll be collaborating with colleagues across North America and Denmark.
  • Comfortable using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning tools.
  • You love working with data to make smarter decisions and improve processes.
  • Super organized with strong project management skills.
  • Up to date on the latest trends in talent management, employee growth, and learning methods.
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
