Job description

The Opioid Epidemic is a public health crisis with a highly effective but underutilized clinical intervention - millions of Americans are physically dependent on Opioids but only 10% of those likely to have OUD actually access treatment. Bicycle Health addresses this gap by maximizing accessibility, affordability, and overall quality of care by enabling highly qualified clinicians to reach patients broadly and efficiently through our online platform.

The Senior Recruiter is a key member of our Talent & Culture team helping to shape the future of Bicycle Health through innovative, results-driven talent acquisition strategies and delivery to ensure we attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. This seasoned, well rounded Recruiter helps us find great talent, leveraging their own network and experience to attract top talent. This position works closely with the Director, People on overall Talent Acquisition operations including mentoring of junior staff, project management, ATS optimization and analytics.

Location:  Remote

Schedule: Full time (40 hrs)

Target Pay: $120,000 - $140,000 - Compensation to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

You can expect to:

Recruiting Duties

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job duties, responsibilities, and business requirements.
  • Proactively build the candidate talent pool by seeking out and building relationships with top talent for current and future job openings within operations, including direct calls, networking, posting, and engaging on social media, sourcing candidates from various geographical areas, professional communities, companies, alternate industries, diverse groups,, hiring and community events, forums, job boards, etc.
  • Develop position-specific sourcing strategies for hard to fill key roles ensuring there is an understanding of the professional experience, attitude, personality, ability, and skill set needed for a particular position.
  • Become an expert on Bicycle Health so that you can speak knowledgeably to candidates about our business, patients, clinical model, positions and company culture.
  • Own the full cycle recruiting efforts (planning, sourcing, selection, offer, and onboarding processes for assigned departments/roles and provide backup for other team members.
  • Source and identify passive people to build our pipeline through use of Boolean, online tools, and unique sourcing techniques.  Build out CRM functionality in Greenhouse and identify and execute on ways to keep candidates “warm” for critical roles. 
  • Own resolution/disposition of any/all talent acquisition problems, issues, and/or challenges.
  • Provide feedback and drive continuous improvement activities to achieve goals.
  • Work with vendors to optimize TA’s marketing budget.  Evaluate, source and implement results driven solutions to creatively find and attract talent.  
  • Identify, propose and implement new ways to build awareness of Bicycle Health in new hiring markets.
  • Focus on inclusive recruiting practices.
  • Provide mentorship to more junior members of the TA team.  

Administrative Duties

  • Identify and drive attainment of key KPIs across the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Provide recruitment reporting to leadership, analyze recruitment metrics, and develop & implement action plans based on results.
  • Optimize our Applicant Tracking System and tools to increase visibility of team performance, pipeline development, effective sourcing, and enhance automated processes and reporting.
  • Manage updates of key templates and recruiting materials to drive standardizationDeliver on goals/targets in terms of: # Hires, Quality of Hires, Time to Fill, Customer Satisfaction, etc. 
  • Create, recommend, coordinate with applicable teams across the organization and implement strategies to tackle problems and build pipelines through sourcing, referrals, research, events, etc.
  • Take a data driven strategy to provide insights into the health of the hiring pipeline, including regular status reports, develop action plans based on results, provide recommendations, etc.
  • Manage changes, develop and improve processes and workflows in Bicycle Health’s ATS.  Ownership of ATS optimization and integrations with relevant systems.  
  • Drive operations, data analytics, technology, tools, platforms and processes that help streamline TA efforts, bringing a faster time to hire and a diverse slate of high performing talent into the business.
  • Partner closely with People Ops to deliver a best in class onboarding experience.  
  • Regular and predictable attendance is expected.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualities we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of full cycle clinical recruiting experience across multiple functions (Clinical & Corporate roles). 
  • Proven strategic Sourcer and closer.
  • Experience configuring and optimizing an ATS (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Experience with analytics, ability to track, measure effectiveness and present results to senior leadership.
  • Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives.
  • Ability to evaluate aptitude and screen candidates for both skills and behavioral fit.
  • Health-tech knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies within the industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results.
  • Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a team in a collaborative environment.
  • Consistent access to a private work environment with high speed internet and professionally appropriate surroundings for frequent video conferencing and a workstation setup conducive to remote work needs.

This is a full-time (40hrs per week) remote position.
