  • Measurement and Evaluation:
  • Collect and analyze data to assess the impact of change on business outcomes

These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HRSS Change Lead, managing end-to-end change initiatives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate a clear vision for product usage, manage sensitive or challenging situations, adapt to diverse clients, engage users, motivate technology adoption, and effectively manage and communicate change initiatives
  • Proven experience in working in project teams and implementing a change program of work
  • Contribute to coaching and support development of colleagues
  • Experience implementing changes to business processes, technologies and systems
  • Project management experience

  • Comprehensive understanding of the strategic and operational impact of business changes
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and the ability to confidently lead initiatives, gaining trust and buy-in from stakeholders at all levels of the business

It would be great if you had these to, but we’ll support you if you don’t:
  • Proven in depth change management experience using a variety of change management methodologies
  • Proven ability to manage, plan and take responsibility for a range of tasks involving interaction with, and the co-operation of, business and IT people
