Compensation: Php 100,000 (All-in salary package)

Shift Structure

  • Monday-Friday 9 AM to 5 PM EST

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Master Scheduler: Own the scheduling of healthcare providers, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and flexibly to accommodate last-minute changes and unique requests.
  • Provider Concierge: Act as a concierge to the clinical team, anticipating needs, solving challenges, and proactively addressing logistics so providers can focus solely on patient care.
  • Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or operational bottlenecks with creativity and a can-do attitude. You’ll be the one the team can rely on to make things happen, no matter the obstacle.
  • Hospitality Meets Healthcare: Deliver exceptional “white-glove” service in everything you do, ensuring providers feel supported and valued.
  • Efficient Communicator: Maintain seamless communication between clinical staff, providers, and facilities, ensuring alignment and smooth operations across the board.
  • Operational Support: Handle administrative tasks related to clinical operations, ensuring all moving parts are streamlined for maximum optimization.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Hospitality and Healthcare Background: Minimum of 10 years in a high-level executive assistant, scheduling, or operational role within healthcare and hospitality settings.
  • Scheduling Wizard: Demonstrated expertise in managing complex schedules across multiple time zones, especially for remote or traveling teams.
  • Unmatched Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities, with strong attention to detail and a talent for staying two steps ahead.
  • Exceptional Communication: Stellar written and verbal communication skills with a knack for quick, clear, and solution-focused interactions.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in scheduling software and remote collaboration tools to keep operations running smoothly.
